Helios DE 250 bulb?

Hi,

I'm looking to buy this bulb, but cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone know where i can buy these?

I have checked: dtsupplies, premiumaquatics, hellolights, none.

Bad News:
I don't believe Helios brand bulbs are sold right now in the US. I used Helios myself despite their spotty quality record. Helios is a TAAM/Commodity Axis product. Premium Aquatics carried them until they got tired of a 50% return rate. I use their 400 watt 20K SE bulbs, and their 250 watt 20K SE bulbs. Best bulbs for color I have ever used. I love them.

Good News:
There is another brand of bulb sold by reefscience.com called EVC
that uses the same inner parts and has the same spectral rendition as Helios, just sold under a different name.

Email Chad at Reef Science to confirm if you wish. I just bought three 400 watt 20K SE EVC bulbs to replace my Helios, as they were due for replacement, and the EVC bulbs seem the same.

They have the bulb you are looking for.
