I need help with my new tank setup

I just brought home my new tank and it will be the first tank that I have owned with a sump. I need help choosing a return pump and what the return flow rate should be (gph).

The tank is a 93 gallon cube 30x30x24. It has a corner overflow with 2 holes for 1 inch plumbing. One i will use as the drain and the other as the return which is 1 in plumbing, but tapers to 3/4 at the black spouts which shoot the water back to the tank.

I plan on using an ADHI model 30 refugium for the sump and it will sit under the tank. the top of the stand will be 30 inches (give or take 1 inch) off the ground.

the drain will be an alomst straight run down and the return will be a Z (up over and back up).

How many GPH do I need for the return pump?

i have tried the headloss calculator and sump calculator and still have no idea. help please! thanks
