"Great Stuff Pond & Stone"
Has anyone used the pond & Stone foam from Great stuff?
It does not mention a negative reaction to UV, so I am wondering if it has to be sealed with resin afterwards. Anyone know? ![]() |

it has a carbon additive (what makes it black) & that protects it from UV....coating it w/ epoxy & sand at that point is strickly a personal preference but not a requirement
personally, i'd still coat it if for no other reason than to protect it from "nipping" fish

Just the yellow Tuff Stuff should be sealed. I have seen in another thread where the company did not recommend using the yellow tuff stuff for reef systems, but did recommend the black pond foam.
