Return GPH for 180 gallon?

What are some good internal and external return pumps for a 180 gallon tank? What kinda gph should I be looking for?

i use a mag12 at full throttle. it goes through a skimmer then to the bulkheads on my tank which is about 5' of head height.

eheim 1262 was perfect for my 180

Try an external pump like a dart or a snapper. Dial back the flow a bit, and plumb manifold to the return line to run your media reactors and chiller.
