Unhappy how do i get rid of this????

i have few problems with this algae and i dont know how to eliminate them,, someone told me that i only have to tear them but there are to many and they grow again and again.

We cant see your pictures, but i would get an emerald crab, also if your are doing FOWL there are a few urchins, and starfish that do a good job eating algea but they arnt reef safe. So I havent done alot of research on them. If its bubble algea I heard it will grow even if your phosphates are very low. so u need something that eats it.
