sea slug?

I noticed a small white sea slug that was blowing what looked like smoke. I know thats not what it was but I'm wondering if I should be worried.

sounds like spawning to me my snails do it a few times a year

It's a rare sight to see for me, every now and then I get to see it. nothing to worry about just like that guy said. "spawning"
