Chemical Disposal in SF Valley?

I have a bunch of expired testing sets, reef additives and chemicals in my garage and i am trying to figure out how to properly dispose of them. I assume its not ideal to toss them in the trash, is there a place that i can take them to in the SF valley?

Thanks
Cory

Considering some of them may not even state what's in them the counties hazardous disposal site may not even take them.

most likely those kits are non-hazrdous waste or chemicals....10 to 1 ratio of water is sufficient to run down the sink unless you got organic solvents or heavy metals.
