Sulphur Reactor
To operate a sulphur reactor, the drops must go through a calcium media?
Or can I put the return pipe directly to the tank? |

Two more questions:
1. What is the optimal dripping speed? one drop a second? two drops a second? etc 2. Does light disturbs the anaerobic activity inside the reactor? |

I have a pinch valve on the return tubing that goes straight into the sump. I do about 1 drop per second. Maybe 3 every 2 seconds.
Not sure on the light thing.

PH is typically low in my tank due to low dKh so around 7.8. Nitrate is 2 or 3. The Denitrator definitely works but I think my system is just a bit too big for the unit to keep nitrates at zero.
