nep vs retro t5ho

im torn. i have a killer deal on t5s right now so its time to replace the halides. im torn between a nep 6 x 54 watt fixture. bulbs have slr reflectors. or a icecap/uri a4(660) retro fit. i would do 4 bulbs in the retro overdriven at 80 watts. both give an output of around 320 watts give or take. the nep would cost me around 250. and the retro would be around 200. bulbs are going to be aquablue, actinic/blue plus, actinic white, blue plus for retro and with the nep i would do the same but add a 75/25 and another actinic +.
