How to repair hairline crack in plumbing

I just found this in the plumbing of my DAS EX-2. It's losing about a drop every 3-4 seconds.

I did a google search, but couldn't find a definitive answers for situations where the pipe can't be replaced. Will a nice swipe of PVC solvent be enough to weld that back together?

I would want to use a 2 part epoxy, after cleaning and drying.

Wow, hanks for the quick replies.
How about some Loctite two-part epoxy gel?
As for cleaning, you mean go over it with some PVc cleaner, right?
