What kind of algae is this? pics/vid

I am in a real bind with this one. This algae is growing on everything, rock, glass, starboard, frag racks and snail shells. I tried to get some good photos of it in the hopes someone can tell me exactly what kind it is and how to deal with it. I do not believe it is Dinoflagellates since I have not witnessed any air bubbles in the algae.
That you for any assistance.

Looks like cyano to me. Aka red slime, although not always red. Either that or just normal diatoms. As long as you keep your parameters in check, have good flow, and keep a good cleanup crew it should die out with time. I wouldn't be too worried, I've seen lots of tanks with that at one point or another.
