where to buy glass hole drill guide?

I have been looking to buy a guide for my drill that will help with drilling holes in my new tank. I found one on bulk reef supply but I wanted to find one locally to get my tank drilled today. Anyone ever seen these at a store??? I looked at lowes and home depot with no luck. Thanks

Do guide the bit or guide the drill?

There are systems to hold a drill you should be able to get at most home improvement stores, so I'm somewhat surprised there. Many use a hole drilled in plywood just slightly bigger than their glass bit size to keep the glass bit from jumping around too much.
