Tank switch

I have a 55g tank which is going through cycle right now. I have found a 75g tank for almost nothing. can I just transfer my water from my 55g tank and add water to the 75g. I am new at this, and have tons of questions, any help would be appreciated.

You can. the cycle may take a little longer but it's better to do it now than after you stock the tank. Good luck

Yes, just move all the sand, rock, water to the new tank and add saltwater to desired level. May cause cycle to run a little longer but shouldn't be a big deal.
