I feel bad for the copepods
I have them on the glass and can see them even during the day since I waited a month before adding fish to give them a chance to reproduce without predators. Now I feel bad when using the mag floats to clean the glass. I feel like I'm squashing them.

Then just gently slide them until they jump off, and go swimming gracefully into a fish's mouth.
![]() The good thing is that means your tank is healthy, and coming along nicely.

Just imagine that when one pod gets squished or eaten he gets to come back as a damsel, then a clown, then a goby etc lol. I say your doing them a favor.
