Problems continue with my BlueFace Angel

My Blueface Angel has been eating on and off for over a month now. I have a FOWLR 125 gallon. Tankmates are Yellow Tang, Foxface, Porcupine Puffer, Flame Angel and Copperband Butterfly. I have high nitrates not sure what they are at because they Elos test kit goes up to 25 and it is above that. Temp is 80 s.g 1.025 ammonia nitrites are 0. The past 2 water changes he would eat really good and then start to eat less and less until the next water change. I am doing 30 gallon weekly water changes right now to try and reduce the nitrates. So do you guys think that nitrates is what is having him go back and forth with eating? I did another 30 gallons today but he didn't really eat. First time he hasn't ate like a pig after a water change in 3 weeks. Help!

He must be stressed I would do a 10% twice a week rather then 30%.. you should also use reef biofuel it helped me get my nitrates down nearly to 0. Oh and also try nori its one of the best foods for lrg angels and im sure your tang and fox face wouldnt mind it either!

I try feeding him dulse but he won't eat it when he does eat so ill try nori. They say to give him some sponge preparation food but how do i do that. Do they sell anything that contains sponge in it?
