Aquatic design cal rex help. Need to know where to plug what

So i got one at a very good price but when it was shiped to me all the fittings where disconected so i need to know where some fitting go.

1) The fitting on the top connected to the ball valver. I assume i put this in my tank because its the outlet water.

2) where does the one on top of the stem go? i belive this one goes to the needle valve on the co2 controller right?

3) Where does the one thats a 90 dagree angle on the white pvc go to?
