New 75 drilled center overflow hole sizes
Ok, so I picked up a 75 gallon reef ready tank over the weekend and it's the first drilled tank I've had that i didn't do myself. In the overflow there are two hole obviously, but they are different sizes. One is 1 3/4" and the other is 1 1/2 I believe. Now, which hole size do i use for the drain and which size do I use for the return?
Thanks for your help! Craig-

Mine has 2 different sizes too I believe and though I have not plumbed it yet and this is my first drilled tank I have been told that the larger one is for the return and the smaller for the drain. Dont take my word on it though that is just what I have been told. My durso is installed in one side and the other side is open and the open side is 1 3/4" like yours. I did not take the durso out to see what size that hole is but im guessing its smaller from what I hear its a normal occurrence.
