Id go with the Phoenix bulbs and not the Hamilton. Hamilton was pretty white when I owned them. Phoenix is a nice crisp blue.

Phoenix all the way. Hamilton's were wayyy too white/yellow for me.
The phoenix run well on most ballasts. I've had good success running them on hqi ballasts (m80) and the galaxy electronic ballasts. |

Tewkes, so the electronic with the phoenix bulbs still looked good just a little bluer I assume?
I am in the same boat here.

Consider the EVC lamps over both!
Hope this helps, Chad D. Bryant |

what if you had (4) 110 watt vho bulbs you could run to help with "blue" actinic lighting.
would you still go with phoniex over 14k hamilton. I heard that hamilton has the best par for 14k 250 bulbs. |

14K Phoenix DE...I'm leaning towards not installing my T-5 actinics in my canopy. The Phoenix light is bright, crisp whiteish/blue....or Blueish/White (as my wife would say)
