does UV destroy beneficials?
I am considering a UV for my natives tank to help minimize the spread of undesireables on my wild catches from fishing trips.
Will a UV Steralizer destroy beneficial bacteria and fluora? Thx Dawg |

Yes. IMO, UV is pretty much a waste of time effort and $$$. You will be much better served by using a proper QT procedure.
