10 Gallon Sump. None drilled DT
I want to build a 10 gallon sump for my 46g main. I got the 10 gallon for free, and I don't really care that its not a 20g or larger. I just have no clue as to what I need to do. Does anyone know any good links I could go to. Or can anyone guide me as to what materials and steps I need to take to make one. Mind you my DT is not drilled.

So how about using the 10 gallon tank as a sump is that still possible? Or do you mean I have to use it with a hang on back over flow box to work?

The HOB overflow is how the water from the DT will get to the sump. You will also need a pump to get the water back to the DT.
Good Luck! |
