Calcium reactors
Do you really need them for sps tanks?

No but if it is a very large tank is can be more cost effective.

The tank is a 135 with a 55 gallon sump so the total volume gallon is 180-190,would it prevent bleaching and provide more growth to my sps.

Assuming you have a SPS load that needs supplementing, there's other methods to maintain the Ca needs of SPS display but being able to automate (Ca reactor, dosing pumps) is great. For me, love that I can set then go months without having touch again.

It's not likely to prevent bleaching and would only provide more growth if you are not currently already keeping up with calcium/alkalinity dosing.
