ASM skimmer question

So I am planning on getting a ASM skimmer for my 120RR tank I've heard/read good things about them and they are within my budget. My question is what is the gph rating for the G2 and G3 sedra pumps. I know that the G2 has a Sedra 3500 and the G3 has a Sedra 5000. I am trying to match my return pump thats going in my sump to the pump that my skimmer is running so that the skimmer is effective. Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
