Coral ID needed

Hi,

Can someone identify the below coral? I want to make sure I have it in a good area with enough light and also what/how to feed it. The woman at te fish store did not know

Green Star Polyps. I have had them in the past and finally got rid of them. I never feed them anything but good lights.

Yeap, I just got one too. It was really neat, encapsulated around a huge baseball sized shell. Makes for easy movement around my tank too. Apparently you can't kill them either from what I am told haha.

hehehe true very hard to kill doesn't need to be fed, I could have taken mine out of the water for a couple days and it wouldn't have noticed.... I actually got it in that condition and the next day it was fine.

GSP IMO. You'll want to isolate it from the main rockwork in your tank, unless you want a tank full of nothing but GSP. It can be pretty invasive.

On a side note: You got lucky with this one....but its not wise to purchase anything you don't know, haven't researched or don't have the setup or experience to care for. That can lead to the sad demise of the livestock. Not to mention your hard earned cashola.
