Could be shock to your system if you simply threw in the tank without acclimating if its new, shock to you lights if it came from a lesser lit system if its new or your water might be out of line in terms of parameters, how long have you had it? lights? parameters? anything in your tank die or recent equip failure?

You could possibly have a nudibranch eating the coral, my father had the same problem about three years ago now after his tank was tell established and his Euphyllia was doing the exact samething yours appears to be doing. After staring at the coral for about 30 mins I found three small nudibranchs on the coral, sucked them up with a syringe and the Euphyllia stopped dieing.

it is a 14 gallon biocube Light: 10,000 k 24wt actinic 24 wt, I started around mid june with live sand and a week later added 12 lbs liver rock, cleaning crew join the system I have a red shrimp and when I feed the Euphyllia it just jump on them and steal their food. Could it be the reason? I try to feed it separately then feed the Euphyllia. Calcium is around 460 PH 8.2 everything else reads at 0. I tried to raise the calcium with a cap of "Reef Complete". Anything else should I be concern about?
