How high should duel 400watt mh be above water?

How high should duel 400watt mh be above water? 225 gal tank 72lx24wx30t water is 29 3/4 inch deep ? Im using 1 6500k and 1 14000k also 2 uv 72" vho super atinics.

Pic 225 400w mh's

Also a bad pic of my ro system and 75 GAL sump will get better pics soon of sump/ refugium it is almost done will finish filling up in a week or so also half and half pics of my 90 everything going in the 225 on one side other side is for acro i hope

I have mine at 16". VHO's between them and the water at 6".

Does 9 inches from the top of water sound to close tank is 30 in deep

My reflectors are 4" from water surface and the bulb is about 9" from water surface. I get great light and dont get heat issues. If my sump weren't in the basement I might have heating issues, but dont know. I use 2x400w radiums powered by pfo ballast in lumenmax elite reflectors.

Mine is the same 9 inches off the water and i have the same setup pfo just using different bulbs thanks
