New to SW tanks

I bought about 10 lbs of liverock for my 20 gallon SW tank. There seems to be a few things growing on them right now and I am just wondering if they are harmful to anything.

On one rock it seems to be growing mushrooms..?

On another rock... i guess the only way to describe it is... you know those cotton weed looking deals on ur lawn in Spring-Summer time? Its growing something that looks like that.

Currently have 1 damsel, 2 hermit crabs, 1 Emerald crab, live sand, 10lbs or so of liverock, biowheel filter rated for 30 gal, and heater.
