DFS is currently running a $5.95 ground shipping. Reasonable prices on salt and cheap freight.

they don't charge just $5.95 for salt, though, do they? Isn't there another charge too?

No there is no extra charge for shipping salt. Just 5.95; I just picked up a 200g box of RC for 5.95 shipping. Great deal IMO

I always find it amusing how they can ship a couple buckets across the country to my front door for less money then it costs me to drive over to the lfs at $3 per gallon. Not to mention the lfs would try and gouge me for $65 for a bucket of salt. I can pick up a bucket down the street at one of the big box pet stores for a reasonable price but their selection sux
