What's the Difference in the Kinds of Mangroves?

I wanted to add mangroves to my sump and was looking around for some. I had heard of the red mangroves but then I saw black mangroves. Is one any better than the other for nitrate control? Which would you prefer or recommend.

NVM Guys I found my answer here:

the three types of mangroves have no biological relation to each other, but happen to look the same. The reds live by the ocean, then behind them are the whites who live in the rivers and marsh, and finally the blacks live on dry land. Of the three red live best in aquariums.

er. Reds then blacks (with snorkel roots) then whites on land.
