2 Angels 1 Tank? Experience?

Hey all, I am in the process of upgrading from a 20L to a 75 I currently have a Flame Angel and would really love a Bi color or Coral Beauty when we move to the 75. Does anyone have any experiences with either combination?
I have been lucky enough to have my Flame leave my corals alone and I know I would be taking another risk by adding another angel but any opinions would be great.

Also, If I do decide to keep two angels in the 75 should I introduce them at the same time?
Thanks

I've had my coral beauty and a flame together for 2yrs now. Coral beauty was first and the flame was added several month's later. They get along great in a 210gal reef

I have a Coral Beauty and a Flame Angel and they get along just fine. They do nip at corals and clams from time to time.

To be safe I would introduce them at the same time. I added a Coral Beauty to my 65 gallon Hex and the Potter's Angle that was already in the tank killed it within a week.

Wow, that sucks. I definitely think adding them at the same time is the best way to not end in disaster.

According to this chart dwarf angels and dwarf angels are compatible with caution and dwarf angels and large angels are compatible. Maybe the only thing I should be worried about is my corals!!

Lol worry about the corals. I have not kept 2 angels in the genus Centropyge in a smaller tank together....yet. The best way to do it would without a question be to introduce them at the same time. I've done plenty of centropyges with larger angels particularly Pomacanthus without any problems. With corals as far as the lager angels the navarchus has been the best for me (keeping my fingers crossed). HTH

I actually have three pygmy angels in my 46, Brazilian flame back, Coral Beauty, and an Ebli. They were all added at the same time, In my experience the farther they are away in size from each other the more luck you have. Never had a problem with any of them.

Really I think what is being missed is that all but one of these tanks are rather large. I would not try 2 pygmy angels in a 75, but hey, anything is possible, I guess. Just be prepared to separate and give one up if they get too crazy with each other. Good luck.

Thanks everybody, this has been helpful. I would be willing to give up one Angel if there ends up being a problem. Sense I have had my Flame for awhile I would keep him. (plus he costs more)

I added a coral beauty and flame angel to this size of tank. The flame was slightly smaller than the coral beauty, and both were added at the same time. They did okay for the first few days, then the coral beauty decided the tank was his. By the time I got the flame out, it was too late and he didn't make it. Good luck, I hope it works for you!

I had a Lemonpeel and flame angel both in the same tank (120g). Both were about the same size. The flame angel was added about a year after the Lemonpeel.

At first, the Lemonpeel would always attack the Flame angel, it was so bad..that I was sure the Flame angel would die But after a couple of weeks..maybe a month..the Lemonpeel finally started to tolerate the flame angel. I would sometimes give him a little nip if he came to close to his territory..buy they were living together.

I would not reproduce the experience again.

i have had 2 in a 265, but all of us who kept more than 1 have pretty large tanks, 100gal or more.

Anyone with tank 75gal or less with 2 or more angels? Maybe that's more important in your case.

A larger tank definitely has a better chance of housing 2 angels the my 75, I did see a few posters with smaller tanks though. Anyone else out there?!
