lighting suggestions

just put in an order for my new acrylic shallow reef tank. heres the plans that were sent over from Gee over at krittertanks.com

i have a 24" 150 watt hqi sunpod but don't think that it has enough spread for my new tank, but i might be wrong since the tank itself is pretty shallow maybe i can raise it up a little.

i was thinking about a 6 bulb 24" t5 fixture. anyone other then ati make those? they're nice but so expensive.

I'm pretty sure ATI makes the only 24" six bulb fixture. The TEK is chepaer but you have to get a 36" fixture to get 6 bulbs and with that 4" lip probably wouldn't be the best best. Get the ATI Sunpower, you will be able to keep anything. Be carefull though, you may have to keep in pretty high off the water with your tank being only 12" deep, that thing puts out a ton of light.
