What is a good friendly deal on a used aqua medic ocean light pendant?

I have a friend who wants to sell me a used ocean light pendant 250 watt HQI it is in really decent shape I took it all apart and replaced some worn wires. it comes with an off name brand bulb. It is the magnetic ballast with a fan and a switch built into the ballast box. What do you think it is worth between friends? You know, middle of the road price, knowing that the bulb needs replace, but everything is in perfect working order.

seriously... no one has an opinion? I checked some of the old archived selling posts but the prices ranged a lot, and the post were kind of old. maybe I will take some pics and post them :/

$100 bucks or less - between friends - would be a decent price for that.
