question in regards to acans

ive had this 50+ polyp acan for about 5 months know... and they have looked beautiful until just this thursday... they look as if they are sunk in and a majority of them the mouths are open partially...looks like waste is coming from some of the mouth but is clear..which doesnt seem normal.. i did get a tang on wed.. and i bought some formula 2 pellets by ocean nutritian.. and when i added some to the tank i notice a few pellets had landed on this colony and they consumed them...from that time on they havent looked the greatest... i know it could be coinsidense, but this is the only thing in the tank that doesnt look normal here is picture b4ill post a pic today of what it looks like when my lights come on

Is that picture just after lights came on or does it look like that all the time now? They do go through diff stages of inflation throughout a day..
