is it time yet ?
i started with a 10 gallon nano and thanks to a lfs and not knowing she became over stocked so i set up a 29 gallon with a 15 gallon sump,live rock from buddy tank ,live sand and nsw 6 or so weeks ago.. she cycled but not as hard as the 10 did. but still haven't got a brown or green out break yet should i keep waiting or am i ok to start to swap the softies and fish over ?

What are your water parameters? Particularly the ammonia and nitrite levels.

both 0 did the normal 50% water change once they both dropped last week and there still at 0 . is ok to start doing 10% a week changes also ?

i started with a 20G tank 12 years ago and just upgraded to a 240G starfire tank.lol. this is addicting more the drugs we need an AA group for this.
was it all cured rock and sand if so you wont have a huge cycle like normal so if that is the case i think you would be ok but i would wait a week just incase you do get an algea out break. |

i think you will be fine then if it is all cured i have seen some people that had all cured rock and sand and started moving their old tank over in like 3 days and had no die off.
