sump light

what is best kind of light to have on sump for reverse lighting?

not sure what you mean are talking about lighting for a fuge.

CFLs will work.. The higher the wattage the better.
Get something in the 3-6K range..
But since you asked what is best. The T5 grow lights would be the best and will last much longer. CFLs need to be replaced sooner.
