bleaching corals?

I have large coral skeletons that are kind of dark and I needed to bleach them. I wanted to know how much bleach I needed to use? I do mix the bleach with some water right or is it all bleach?

I'd just mix a cup of water into maybe a gallon of water, and see how that goes. Full-strength bleach shouldn't be necessary.
