Hawaiian Cleaner Wrasse.. Any Success stories???

So i was at the LFS yesterday and happen to come across one of these. The colors really caught my eye. First thing i did was pull out my iphone and googled it. First link that was available brought me to a page with general description and it also mentioned, "The Cleaner Wrasse will accept all fish foods." Almost sounded too good to be true. So naturally i went ahead and bought one. After getting it home i decided to research it some more. Turns out every single other website says the opposite. That after eating parasites off all the fish, it won't eat anything else and starve. So now i'm just wondering if anyone's had success getting this fish to eat regular frozen fish food. Anybody have success?

Sorry to say your cleaner will not live too long. These fish don't live long in a tank. I made a mistake in buying one and with in a week it was a goner. The LFS just wanted to make a quick buck. Cleaner wrasse should left in the wild not in a tank.

Sorry - Hawaiian cleaner wrasse are even more delicate than the normal blue cleaner wrasse. The Waikiki Aquarium had added them to their "do not acquire"list - so even they had difficulties keeping them.

Anyone with pics of this fish? I probably have the regular blue cleaner and he is a pig. Eats cyclo-eeze, shrimp meat, even floating flakes of nori. He also cleans other fishes, always picking on the rocks and glass. I just got him a month ago but he is fat. We'll see.
