Aquatic Life T5 HO Fixtures / Any good?

Looking at these fixtures, the price seems right. Any user comments? I'd like an ATI Powermodule but the funds aren't there and I have no way to mount a ceiling fixture.

What intrigues me about the Aquatic Life is the built-in timer. How would you compare these to the TEK fixtures?

I can tell you that I made the plunge and it is awesome. I should have made the upgrade from PC to T5 much earlier.
