replacing bulbs 250w se 10k reeflux w/2 vho actinics
I currently have a sps tank and its time to change out the bulbs, im happy with what I have but want a little change. The tank is 90% sps with a few acans and chalices. I currently run a 12k reeflux on a hqi icecap ballast with 2 super actinic vho's on it. I love it but im thinking of switching to the 10k reeflux, I heard the new ones don't have the issues of being too pink. If I switch to a 10k I was thinking about replacing the VHO bulbs with 1 super actinic R, and 1 454 actinic.
Please tell me your experiences and thoughts! its hard to get any info when you get into more specific lighting questions like this! thanks |
