What lighting would I need for this setup?

I have a 90 gallon FOLR tank. I won't be converting to a full reef tank for another year. However, I'm thinking of adding mushrooms in the meantime. I'd also like some stronger than normal lights to help with the corraline (sp?) growth. What would everyone recommend? VHO's? PC's? What wattage should I be looking at?

oh that watt/gallon thing is a load of poo dont go by that first off....

second off if your doing f/o get the minimum i'd say maybe pair of t5 or vho's. reason i say this is if you go vho you will have some super awesome antinics later on....if you go t5 you can add another pair(s) and do your reef....

the real question you should be asking yourself what do you want to keep in your reef in 1 year .....

sps/nem i'd go metal halide and pair of vho....
LPS i'd go with 4-5 t5 setup
Zoa's i'd go with 4 t5 setup
