Jebo- JC-288 Chiller 1/4 HP

i recently purchased a used chiller from a fellow reefer from this site. I am new to the Reef world and have yet to add water to the tank but it will be very soon. I am wondering if anyone knows how i can get a owners manual for this unit? I searched online but have yet to find one. It does not have the temp in F but ithink in C. I am not sure what to set it up on.
also i have a closet in my kitchen on the back side of my tank. I planned on putting it on a stand in the bottom of the closet which will have air on 3 of the sides of the chiller. The closet doesnt get hot and it has a tile floor. would this be a good spot for it?

Did you contact the manufacturer to get a manual?

I had my chiller set up in a closet with the hoses running through the wall. It was a 1/3 or 1/5 hp dont remember which, and the closet was probably 6x4x9 with a concrete floor and the door opened to the patio. Even with the door open 4-6" it would get incredibly hot in there, If I had to do it again I would but would exaust all other options first. This was also mid level on an apartment complex where the sun never struck the patio or walls around it so heat wasn't coming from anywhere else. I would try to find a way to get an exaust to the outside personaly, prior to that placement it was inside next to the tank and the temps were 5-10 higher inside than my neighbors with doors open.

Question

I think i may sit a thermometer in there and test the temps in the closet. it is in the kitchen and in the center of the house and i ASSUME it doesnt get to hot in there. Anyone have any ideas on this chiller or have had a Jebo chiller before?

I called their number 626-289-8326 on the website and they answered. You may want to call them and see if they will answer your questions or send you a manual.
