60 rimless starphire cube.Advice & Opinions

I will be buying a new tank in a few weeks.I'm just trying to make a decision.My tank choices are a special order Marineland cube,3 sides starphire,black silicone,polished mitered edges.OceaAquarium custum cube or a Cadlights Artisan 50 Cube.Has anyone special ordered from Marineland?The Lfs has their regular cubes which are not impressive at all.They have sloppy silicone and I'm not sure about their overflow,It is drilled on the back panel.The OceaAquarium is around the same price and it is drilled on the bottom panel.Their website doesn't have very much on there.The Cadlights cube looks great but is not a true cube.(24x24x20)I priced out a Miricles and a AGE tank but they are a little more than what I want to spend.Does anyone have pics of an OceaAquarium or a Marineland.Are there any pros or cons having the back panel drilled for the overflow & return?

I'd recommend contacting DSA (Deep Sea Aquatics) and see what they can do. They have some nice looking stuff. I have a 30gal 24x24x12 rimless from them waiting to be set up. The edges are not mitered, but .... still looks sharp!

try leemar or visio, their price will probably in the range you're looking for...there are no cons on having the back panel drill by professional tank builders, but what style of overflow you looking to do? sound like you want to be doing a bean animal style overflow if you want to go with a back panel drilled...

I wanted to do a durso or herbie type overflow.Marineland's tank comes with the back drilled,the other tanks are drilled on the bottom.I guess this makes marineland's overflow smaller.I would just hate to order a tank and not be happy with the finished product.Do you know the web address for visio or lemar?

visio or leemar you have to go through your LFS they're are not open for public to buy directly or here one of the best local builder in Southern California their quality is the best and price is great, they also ship anywhere in USA....fishtankfactory.com
