Hello,
I recently ordered a cleaning crew and various things from keyscritters.com
I havent recieved a confirmation email saying that they had recieved my order, so i sent them another email just making sure that i had ordered correctly. It has now been 3-4 since ive emailed them, and i have yet to recieve a response from then. I was wondering if maybe they have gone out of business or they are on break.

If anyone has any information it would be greatly aprreciated.

Have you called them? I don't have any information on this company (never ordered from them) but if I hadn't heard from them in several days after placing an order I'd be calling them. What shipping terms did you select when you placed your order?
