75G Drained and moved - now cycling - advice?

I drained my 75G FOWLR and moved it to rearrange my fish room. The rock was kept submerged in another tank. The tank was drained well below the 4" sand bed. It was left drained for about 2 hours until it was refilled and the rockwork was replaced. It has been 4 days and I am seeing amonia (.5) and nitrite (.25PPM) in the tank. I dont want to start flushing money on water changes, but I do not know at what level the livestock will become to stressed. I have 6" Hippo tang, 8" sailfin tang, 6" purple tang, 4" white spot puffer (jactator), and a 36" snowflake moray. Running 2 standard remoras with MJ1200s, and they pulled some nasty red garbage out of the tank on the 1st day. Now they are pulling 1 cup of the normal remora skim (dark tea colored). Should I stock up on amquel and wait it out, or does this seem like a more serious cycle?
Thanks
J
