Setting up a saltwater holding tank

Just picked up another Rubbermaid Brute for a new saltwater holding tank to go next to my top off water tank. I guess for the salt tank all I need is a powerhead for circulation and a heater, is there anything else?

Maybe some live rock for small fish to hide. If you'll be changing water often, then you might not need a skimmer.
