lighting for a 180

i have 180 and im looking to upgrade the lights dose anyone have any ideas

Years ago I had an inpressive LPS and leather mixed tank with 2 175w se bulbs and 2 72" VHO actinics

I have a 175 bow now and have 265w of pc actinics with 3 250w de bulbls in Hamilton reefstar pedants. I can grow sps in the sand in there

Kind of an open ended question without having other details. What's your budget look like? How expensive is electric and/or are you concerned about the bills? What corals do you plan to keep?

Many with SPS will recommend 3x250 or 2x400 MH. That would also work work with LPS, however you can easily get by with less light like 3x175. T5's exclusively are also a possibility.
