Moving Large Tank?

I'm purchasing a used 200 gallon deep dimension tank (48x36x27), canopy & cabinent that is over 2 hours away. I had planned on throwing it on a trailer and just strapping it down.

Then I started wondering if it would bounce around too much. Trailer is a simple single axel trailer. Anyone ever transported a tank of this size before via trailer? Recommendations or words of caution?

Thanks

The trailor would be fine for the stand but I definately wouldnt put it in a single axel trailor/ I pulll around a 3000 lb boat on a trailor thats single axel and that damn thing can actuall bouce a bit. Even if you strapped it tight if the trailors weels leave the ground going over a bump or railroad track something bad may happen.

Can you put the tank in the back of the truck and the stand on the trailer? I use an old memory foam matress topper folded over on top of itself when I move any big tanks. I moved a 120 tall with the foam under it for a 6 hr trip and it worked fine! Allthough i was sweating a little!

I moved a tank in a trailer and I had the glass lid on it and when I arrived at my destination the tank was filled with pieces of the glass lid. Avoid that...
