Motor for Kalk Stirrer

What kind of motor do most kalk stirrer units use? I know they should be between 9-12 RPM, but am having trouble locating a suitable motor. The losest I found is here. Can anyone provide some insight on this I do not want to spend the $$ on a magnetic stirrer since this is a DIY project.

why don't you just get a stir plate and put your kalk unit on top of it? like the one here http://www.rebelbrewer.com/shoppingc...tir-Plate.html

That is similar to a magnetic stirrer main reason to avoid that is the cost $42 plus shipping. The motor I posted was only about $12 dollars shipped a much more economical decision for DIYer. Thanks for the recommendation though I guess I will try this in the DIY thread.
