Is this Ich?

Hi All,

I have had an ich outbreak last month and now things are much better. I still see some fish rubbing against the rocks but their overal look is much better.
This morning I noticed over thousands of very tiny creatures on the glass of the aquarium each about .8mm to 1mm. They move very slowly. I'm not sure if they are ich or not. below is a link to what ich looks like:

and here's what I see on my glass: (its a rough drawing)

Any idea?

The ich lifecycle is much less than a month, so it's unlikely that what you see are the sessile stages of ich which inhabit the substrate before releasing new baby ichs to infect your fish.

The only thing that makes me think its ich is the hooks at the end... (its a V shape bottom)
Are flat worms safe? and why am I seeing them only today after almost a year of having this setup?

They cant be flatworms because as you can see in the picture below flatworms have tentacles at their head but what I have is different. the V shape is at the bottom since the creature moves the opposite side of the V shape. its more like a tail...

There are hundreds of species of flat worms. They could have come in with some livestock and jut took a while for the population explosian.

Theyre flat worms. If you picture is accurate, thats exactly what I had. They didnt arrive into my tank until it was set up for about 6 months.
