Im looking for a hang on back desighn

Easy to use (not a ton of adjusting all the time)

Sorry, but for that price, you won't find much for quality skimmers. Maybe you can find a used Remora or Remora Pro for around that price... If you upgrade to a larger pump than AquaC recommends, the Remora skimmers would work ok on your tank. (Mag 3 on Remora and I think a Mag 5 on the Remora Pro are what you want to use with those to get them to perform decently.)

Also, alternating capital and lowercase letters in your thread title was really annoying.

The only HOB skimmers I would even consider using would be:

CPR Aeroforce
EShop-PSK-100H
Reef Octopus BH 300F

Unfortunately these are all over your price point

Yeah you are going to be very hard pressed to find a skimmer for that price. On that note the Eshopps HO is a great skimmer for the money.

Try the AquaC remora. I have it on a 29 gal and it skims very well. No adjustments to make. I clean its jet once every month. Would buy again.

+1 Eshopps! 1.5 weeks worth of skimmate pic FTW! This is on a very lightly stocked 20 gal.
