Energy Bar 8 Turns cycles power

I recently bought an Apex system with two EB8s. Everything has been working well for a week and this morning my first EB8 is cycling power every 30 seconds.

Also when I touch the Bus connection or the bus connection cables plugged into it this particular EB8 I hear a click and the power turns on and off with the application of pressure or by wiggling the cables. The status light is yellow.

Any thoughts?

Contact Neptune...

There is a small metal flag that holds the connector in and what I've done is to just bend that out a little but you should contact them anyway...

You could move the cable to another connection on the EB8 to get things back to working...

I thought that might have been the issue but didn't see anything obvious. I did try a number of other connections and they all seem to do that.
